Creating a Chance account is straightforward. Click the Register button, fill in your name, mobile number and a strong password. Once you have submitted your details and verified your mobile number via OTP, your account is ready to use. The whole process takes just a couple of minutes. Remember, you must be 18 years of age or older to register.
Go to the Login page and tap "Forgot password?". Enter the mobile number linked to your account and you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Use that OTP to reset your password. If you do not receive the OTP within a few minutes, check your network connection and try again.
No. Each player is allowed only one account on Chance. Having multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended. If you think your old account has been lost or you are locked out, contact us rather than creating a fresh one.
Log in to your account and head to the Account Settings section. From there you can update personal details including your preferred payment method. Changes to your registered mobile number may require identity verification for security purposes. Always keep your contact details current so you can receive OTPs and account notifications without issues.

Deposits & Payments
Chance supports a range of payment options convenient for players across Pakistan. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no currency conversion fees to worry about.
The minimum deposit on Chance is PKR 500. This low threshold means you can get started without committing a large sum upfront. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method — check your account dashboard for the limits applicable to your chosen method.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are usually credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time, but in most cases funds arrive within the same day. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
Chance does not charge any fees for deposits on our end. However, your payment provider — for example your bank or mobile wallet — may apply their own transaction charges. We recommend checking with your provider before transferring to avoid any surprises.
Withdrawals
Log in to your Chance account and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR, and confirm the request. Funds are sent directly to your registered payment account.
Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via Raast or standard bank may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays may take a little longer to clear. Always make sure your payment details are correct to avoid delays.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. There is no unnecessarily high threshold — we want your winnings in your hands as quickly and easily as possible. If you have an active bonus, make sure its wagering requirements are completed before requesting a withdrawal, as unmet bonus conditions can temporarily hold part of your balance.
A withdrawal can be declined for a few reasons: your account verification may be incomplete, there could be an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, or the payment details you entered may not match what is registered on your account. Double-check all your information, complete any pending verification steps, and re-submit your request.
Sports Betting
Chance covers a wide range of sports. Cricket is our most popular category — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches so you can place bets as the action unfolds.
During the Pakistan Super League season, Chance features dedicated PSL markets covering every match. You can bet on match winners, top run-scorers, highest wicket-takers, over/under totals, and much more. Odds are updated in real time and live betting markets open once the toss is confirmed. If a match is officially cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe, all bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned to your account balance. For rain-affected Cricket matches that have a D/L result applied, bets are generally settled on the official result. Specific rules are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Cash-out functionality is available on selected markets and events at Chance. When a cash-out option is available for your bet, you will see it displayed on the open bets section of your account. The cash-out value is calculated based on current odds at the time of your request. Cash-out is not available on all bets or all events.
